 Authenticity from scratch for your maximum satisfaction. Raw whole brisket and chuck roll are secured in-house to be ground into the golden ratio of 80/20 lean fat. Later seared with high heat to create that brown crust of the patty before assembling into your burgers. The juices flowing making you feel like the sexiest person alive is what it taste like.

We are very grateful to have our brioche buns made by amazing our pastry chef we stumble upon searching for great buns for our premium burger. Our buttery spongy brioche is something you'll never get anywhere else in Penang.
